The knob handle is secured by a gummy substance. The launch "pin" is secured also. This is a genuine piece of indigenous Australian Aboriginal material culture of unknown age. Acquired from the estate of a 30-year collector of tribal artifacts. Certificate of Provenance included upon request.
Please note: There is a crack in the body of the piece, not apparent unless the wood is flexed.
