Karen Taylor was born in Port Augusta, South Australia, and started to paint at the age of 11 to help her aging grandmother, who’s eyesight was getting worse.
She moved to Alice Springs and has lived there for most of her adult life. She has developed her own style based on what her grandmother taught her.
