Australian Aboriginal painting, acrylic on canvas, by Colin Warnir from Port Keats, NT, aka Wadeye, an Aboriginal community in western Northern Territory.

This is a hand-painted representation of waterlillies, from an indigenous resident of one of Australia's most remote communiies. The painting's sheer beauty attracted us to it when we visited the Wadeye Gallery. in Darwin, NT Australia, in 2001.
